Given a guide for safety protocols when traveling and a simple packing list specific to this trip.
You’ll receive clear, step-by-step guidance for arrival - I’ll walk you through exactly how to get from the airport to the hotel (simple + safe options)

The deposit is transferable if plans change
$950 due: September 15, 2026
Partial refund possible if the room is canceled before December 6th

Pricing above based on double occupancy - 2 People, 2 Queen Beds in a room with the Early Bird Special.
+$1000 for a Single occupancy room with a king bed.

If you’re feeling nervous about taking this trip… you’re not alone.
In fact, most of the women who join feel the same way at first.
As moms, we’re used to being the safe place for everyone else.
So, stepping away, even for something good, can feel uncomfortable.
That’s why this experience is intentionally designed to feel supportive, safe, and manageable from the moment you say yes.

This is the very reason you should come on the trip! You have to take time for yourself, time to recharge, time to get away from it all - or you will burn out, and that is no way to be a mom. You will return home inspired, and with a clearer mind so you can be the best Mom for your family.

We prefer you to sign up with a roommate in mind! On the registration form, there will be a question about your roommate you can request a specific roommate if you know they are going on the same trip.

You will know everyone who will be on the retreat because as soon as you register you will join our private group chat with all retreat goers! You will have plenty of time to connect with other travelers forge acquaintances and share dreams and excitement about the upcoming trip! In addition, I will host a pre-trip call so that we can all connect and get comfortable with each other!

Talk directly with Staci about making more than two payments, outside of the deposit.
Our current payment schedule is deposit, second payment and final payment.

Absolutely not! Each activity has been selected based on the idea the traveler has not been to NYC before. (Please note however, there will not be any monetary credits made for opting out on scheduled activities.)

All deposits are non-refundable
* No refunds will be issued after the first 24 hours following registration.
* If a refund is requested in writing within 24 hours of registration, a refund will be granted minus any applicable processing fees.
IF JMA Dream Vacations cancels the trip, participants will receive a 100% refund of all payments made.
IF the trip is canceled due to country's entry restrictions, the participant my choose one of the following:
* Apply full credit to a rescheduled trip at the same location within 24 months,
* Apply credit towards another trip currently offered or in concept by JMA Dream Vacations (a list will be offered).
* OR request a refund of all available funds, this will be granted minus any non-refundable rates and any applicable processing fees.
IF you ('the client') chooses to cancel your trip:
* Before second payment is made - there are no funds to be refunded and no further payment will be required.
* Between second and final payment dates - a partial refund will be granted minus the deposit, and any applicable processing fees.
* After final payment there will be no refunds granted through JMA however you are welcome to file a claim with your travelers insurance company.
